Wanted a reasonably priced Sunday roast at short notice. I went for the 3 meats. Turkey. Beef. Gammon. Excellent taste. Really enjoyed it. Busy with good atmosphere.
The food was very good and the server Harry was extremely friendly and attentive. More restaurants need a a Harry. One of our party was gluten intolerant and was assisted with the food choices.
Came for dinner whilst visiting family. We had booked in advance, although it was quiet so I don't think we needed to. We were greeted and seated very quickly by Harry, who also took our orders for the evening. Service was quick, and although menu was limited there were plenty of options and food was nice. I must say, Harry was fantastic. It is so rare these days to get good service with a smile. Harry was attentive but not in our face and he was smiley and happy the entire time. He actually seemed happy to be at work, such a pleasant young man and made the visit more memorable. Thank you
Me and my sisters went for dinner this evening and were greeted by sam sorry john no Harry. He was super friendly with a cracking sense of humour. The restaurant is due to close for a refurb tomorrow and he was very apologetic about the things which werent available on the menu. Definitely some of the best service we have had, he made our night and ensured that we were OK, He deserves a medal for managing and entertaining us the way he did, We need more Harry's in our restaurants. Food was lovely and well priced, will definitely be visiting again once it re opens
Food is so nice, we come quite often and have never had a bad meal.
Harry was brilliant, quick with the humour and made us very comfortable. Food was great, had a party of 7 and all was awesome.
On arrival we was greeted by a young lady called Macy we was shown to our table as we had 11 in our party which they accommodated and helped with all questions we asked, Macy cleave us time to get the orders sorted due to small children being in the party. The food was piping hot and service was great and the staff attended to our every needs. We will definitely be going back in the future for more family meals.
Can’t believe how much this place has changed for the good ! Staff are amazing and the food is great too. As soon as we ordered the food arrived. Staff really looked after us. Would recommend to anyone after the change of hands. The lovely guy behind till could see I had no change for the toy machine and he gave us some :) how kind :) thank you for looking after our large table!
